Our Story

Our Story

Patch•logical has been around for a decade — you just may have known us by a different name. For years we operated as Yaya & Quinn Co, quietly stitching patches that were rooted in Black culture, music, art, and the kind of storytelling that doesn't need permission. Same hands. Same heart. New name.

The rebrand to Patch•logical wasn't just cosmetic — it was an alignment. The bullet point in our name is intentional. It's a visual signature, a pause, a breath between words. Just like Path•logical — our birth work umbrella — the name is a play on words by design. Patch•logical. Path•logical. Two branches. One root.

Our culture is not a trend. It is a lineage. And it deserves to be stitched, worn, and celebrated.

Every patch we make is a love letter — to Black music, Black art, Black film, Black literature, and the people who poured their whole truth into the world and changed it. We don't make patches to decorate. We make patches to remember, to honor, to carry something meaningful wherever you go. Culture is wearable. Always has been.

Path•logical

Path•logical is the birth work side of this world — rooted in ancestral wisdom, body autonomy, and the belief that women have always known how to bring life into this world. As a full spectrum birth keeper, student midwife, and cannabis practitioner, the work is about returning women back to themselves. Back to their bodies. Back to their knowing. Pregnancy is not a condition to be managed — it is a sacred, powerful, natural process that deserves to be witnessed, supported, and honored.

If that resonates with you — if you are pregnant, planning, postpartum, or simply looking for support that meets you where you are — we would love to connect.
