Shipping

Processing time

All patches are made to order and ship within 5–7 business days. Patch•logical is a one-woman operation running a single needle machine — every patch is handmade with care and intention. During store sales or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience and will always communicate any delays.

Where we ship

  • We currently ship within the United States only.
  • International shipping is on the horizon — stay connected for updates.
  • All orders ship from Kansas City, MO.

Color disclaimer

Colors may appear slightly different depending on your monitor settings, screen brightness, and display. We do our best to photograph our patches accurately. If you have questions about a specific color before purchasing, reach out before placing your order.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Each patch is made to order specifically for you — please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged items

We stand behind our work. If your patch arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a clear photo of the damage. We'll review it and send a replacement at no cost to you.

  • Damage must be reported within 3 days of the delivery date.
  • A photo of the damaged patch is required to process your replacement.
  • Damage reported after 3 days of delivery will not be eligible for a replacement.
